Beauty Salon

We just moved to Reedsburg. It's hard to find a new salon. My daughter and I went to Trends today and we were so please. My daughter has curly hair and I have straight fine hair. Both of us had GREAT cuts. My daughter got great care information about her curly hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

Kellie is the BEST. She's been cutting my hair for like 11 years now. Would never think of going any place else.

Worst experience in my 70 years. I came in at 10:12 AM. Three people standing at desk, no customers. One person asked what I needed and I said a haircut. She looked at the schedule and said next client was at 11 am and no one a offered to give me a haircut. I said, there are three of you here and no one scheduled for 45 minutes and no one can help me. Finally, begrudgingly, Brittany offered. She clipped the back of my head as I asked and then seemingly was done. I had to ask her to trim crown and side. I am a cancer patient who has very little hair and this staff made me feel as if i was intruding on their day. Brittany didn't act interested and talked over me to the other staff. You just lost a good customer and tipper and I will tell others how I was treated and report my experience to corporate The management needs some training.

I had one of the best haircuts I've ever had. She was fantastic and couldn't have been more friendly and we chatted the whole time. I'll have to find out her name. She was awesome!!!

Nicohl is an excellent stylist who I highly recommend. She is highly trained and has great attention to detail. There are only a few stylists that I would trust with my hair and Nichol makes the list.
