Very friendly and patient staff and a very clean store. Completely satisfied with my visit will be returning there for my next cut.

Never returns calls and was very disappointed with my last cut told me to find someone else. Terrible customer service and will say so to those asking.

Jenna is very professional knowledgeable able to easily adapt to different personalities she takes the time to listen to what style of hairdo or coloring you think would like, great consultations. Her hair products are wonderful. She tries very hard to make it work to schedule appointments based on her salon hours and your hours. Highly recommend

Stopped in as a walk-in at about 11am on a Saturday, was greeted promptly and checked in. Waited about 20 minutes for a hair cut, which considering the number of people they got in, was really fast. They do A LOT of haircuts quickly. When I hopped in the chair, the stylist started buzzing like a mad lady after discussing the hair cut plan. I was nervous, but evidently she is a hustling professional. Greatest haircut of the last 2 years, for an extremely reasonable price and no appointment necessary. I will be back.

Just moved into the area and was looking for a good place to have my haircut, being that I am picky when it comes to my hair. With alot of research and calling other places, I saw the positive reviews for this Cost Cutter location and decided to give it a try. The prices are great and though there may be slight waiting times, walk-ins are welcomed, which was great! The staff were really friendly and professional, so I felt comfortable right away. The place was nice and welcoming and seeing so many stylists and how full of customers the place had made me feel like it was definitely a popular place. My stylist did a great job and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! I’m definitely coming back and recommend this place!

Had my hair colored and cut yesterday and the Mt Pleasant Ulta. Jennifer did a great job! Been looking for someone to give me the right cut and color and she totally got it right! I will be back :-)

First time there. I will go back but I think that I'm going to try someone else next time.
