Since Erin bought the salon it's been wonderful...........ALL the ladies there are so nice & awesome @ what they do!! Elna is absolutely fabulous..........she treats everyone as if they were royalty! Not to mention her great taste in clothes. She always has a smile & beautiful as well. Thank you for years of excellent service......the way it should be.........

Clean, appropriately priced for face wax, hair cut and color touch up. Claire listened to what I was wanting regarding my cut but it turned out a but shorter than I wanted due to my curly hair and how it shrinks up. I would return to her if I lived there. Very easy to get an appointment.

Walked in for a shampoo, haircut and blowdry. Had to make an appt for later. While I'm standing there, the beauty operator had to quit doing a haircut to attend to me (she had hair all over her hands...disgusting) AND answer the phone. Customer calling to make an appt. Instead of tell that person she was with a customer, she stopped to take the call. The woman who cut my hair was terse, unfriendly, and stuck her book up against my cheek twice while shampooing my hair. I asked her to back away. She barely put any shampoo in my hair. She gave me the worst haircut ever. Can't believe how uneven it is. I could have done better myself. While this was going on, the first woman came over to complain to my operator about some published coupon that she wasn't going to honor. I'm there to be pampered and I have to listen to this whining by employees? Needless to say, ll NEVER go back.
