Just got a haircut... and this is a disaster - I didn’t even know what to say in the end when I saw my back in the mirror... it is not only uneven but cut shorter than it was agreed... I was seating on the chair for nearly 4 hours just to cut my hair few centimetres... I lost lots of hair due to pulling my hair out excessively and drying them too much... When I said what I think, the hairdresser commented that my ‘hair will grow back in 2 weeks’ - really?! That is the worst hairstyle I’ve ever get... EDIT: looks better now when I washed and styled by myself

Decent comfy environment, very good stylists who understand asian hair. The other services look good too with a 5+1 package deal which I'll consider taking up.

I had amazing organic perm with Anna. It was 4 month since I did the perm, and it still looks amazing. Curls look so lovely and natural, no one can guess it is perm:) Stiling takes no effort, just wash, and dry, and hair looks amazing and curly :) I tried other salons years ago for digital perm and normal chemical perm, but by some reasons it didn't hold that long, maybe my hair is perm resistant, but this organic perm holds amazingly long and my hair never felt damaged to the touch after the perm. Anna is lovely as well, receptionist was looking after me offering drinks and snacks on many occasions during my stay, so in general very nice experience, even salon is a bit far from me but not many salons offer organic perm, and worth travelling and worth every pennny. Thank you very much Anna:) I will be back :)

Using them for 11ys now, nice cut，very reasonable priced compared with others in central London. Extremely popular for Asians but you often see Westerns in there too.

The studio is really pretty and Andrew was very calm and friendly. I love my Brazilian blow dry and will definitely be back!

I been meaning to write a review for this place for quite some time since i been coming here since the business relocated from their previous Tottenham court road location. Always disappointed with the service and attention to detail from other Asian salons based in Chinatown, Jubilee has never let me down in these requirements. As mentioned by many others, they specialise in Asian hair and they do it so well. My go to guy is Hongsik but have used Kosuke in the past as well. Both are amazing, so meticulous and careful with their work. Also they are patient and will make suggestions to help get the best cut suitable for your taste. Never been let down so far and definitely worth every penny!

First time visiting Concrete Hair and it was a great experience. Had my hair cut by the lovely and talented Adis who made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. Every member of staff I encountered was polite and welcoming. Absolutely love my new hair cut and will definitely be back! Thank you Adis!

Staff are attentive and give great advice. Sam has cut my hair a few times, he always makes me feel at ease.

I'd never had a permanent hairdresser until I started seeing Serena two years ago. Every time I go in I give her a challenge and she always does an amazing job - giving me a new look and adding her own cool edge every time, I've gone from hair past my shoulders to almost all cut off and always left happy and excited to show off my new do! I totally trust her and love seeing what she'll do with those scissors (and occasionally shaver!). I love Serena!

Nice looking hair salon. Appropriately named Fresh! Nice, clean and gentle atmosphere. Went in and got my hair done by Matt, who on top of being a great stylist was very friendly and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall a well deserved 5 stars!

I came out with fabulous hair and the stylist was really nice . My hair is now healthy and shiny ( 4d afro type of hair ) and the price was less than expected for a hair salon in Covent Garden
