Jennifer gave me an awesome cut- working from a bit of a mess from my travels. She is personable and professional. The shop is lovely, simple and clean and uses green methods for disposing of waste and wondrful cruelty free products. I highly recommend this salon and Jennifer!

This place has no customer service, the employees are rude and dont make you feel welcome at all. The beds are gross and arent cleaned properly, the bulbs are burned out and old in some beds..you are better off going to the other tanning place in town i think its Island Tropics, they are amazingly sanitary and clean, VERY nice and welcoming and pleasant to talk to..in my experience do not waste your money here, go to the other place or go to Parksville!
