Not honest

My wife and I went for cleaning on April 29th. Before the cleaning, we asked the receptionist and also the hygienist to please only do the procedures covered by our insurance. They both said of course, they would do only what was covered. However, they did they opposite and without asking, then at the end of the cleaning we were surprised by the bill. We of course asked the receptionist and she said she did not remember us saying to only do what was covered. They did not fix anything on the bill. Also on the same bill, my procedures were charged at a higher rate than those of my wife, for the exact same things. I was told that hers were charged with last year's rate by accident and that was better, but it doesn't make sense to charge each person different rates, nor is it ethical.

I was always terrified of dentists prior to coming to their office. From the girls at the front desk to their dental assistants and dentists, it’s the most amazing team they’ve put together. I’ve always cancelled my dentists appointments and put them off but this staff have made me feel comfortable and have worked very closely with me to give me the best dental care they can offer. I would refer them to anybody and everybody.Honestly walking thru their doors was the best dental decision I have ever made.

The staff are organized and friendly! Dr. Kooner is a great dentist. He tries to make it painless and he doesn't recommend you do stuff to your teeth unless you absolutely have to - very important for people without a dental plan. Friendly and courteous! I've referred a lot of my friends to this clinic and they are grateful for it!

Great group of people. Great you with a smile and will go beyond there work to help you and give you what you need and not the extra you don't need. Highly recommend them.

This location gets a lot of traffic, and for good reason - the staff on hand are all charismatic, knowledgeable, and will do all they can to ensure your visit is as pleasant and smooth as can be. While parking is not as easily accommodated given the small space and plaza, Clayton Market Dental is easily reachable by public transport, and other parking is possible if you drive closer to Black Tiger Coffee near the vicinity. Be aware that, because of the high customer volume here, it is highly recommended you contact the staff here by email with your availabilities, so that they can slot you in at the earliest possible moment.

I have been going to this dentist for several years and they continue to exceed my expectations. They are friendly, kind and always helpful. Dr. Kooner is always willing to answer questions and explain whats happening. The hygienists are also friendly and gentle. The front desk staff is patient, warm and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and treat you as if they've known you for years. I would highly recommend them!
