I have been a patient for many years of Culver Del Rey Dental Center. I met Dr. Moradi in February. He is the Best and so is the staff. Highly recommend going to the office.

DO NOT TRUST your dental needs to Dr. Avi. He is a hack. He said I had an infected lower tooth which needed to be pulled. I had no infection and tooth did not need to be pulled. He said I had to see an Oral Surgeon for $200 just to see how to pull the tooth. The office staff are incompetent. They got upset when I asked for explanation of $11,000 of proposed treatment. This did not include the fee for a tooth extraction and $600 partial for front lower tooth. I was given no other choice. I found out that I can't eat with the partial. If you go here, be sure to ask for a second opinion. Just think!! Having a tooth pulled unnecessarily.

this place is horrible. before i even opened my mouth they were telling what i needed and what they would not do. they said i needed a $300.00 out of pocket deep cleaning when i had been getting my teeth cleaned twice a years for as long as i can remember. the receptionist told me i really should have read more carefully when I selected my insurance. they were all very rude and very unprofessional!

The only reason why I kept going to this office is because the manager Edgar and the doctors are professional and polite. I always wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes after my appointment time and the staff and the some of the Orthodontics assistants are very rude and unprofessional. The girls at the front desk don't seem to know anything and don't make any effort to try to help you. I can't think of any time that I called that they weren't unprofessional, sarcastic and rude, even to do something as simple as set up an appointment. Edgar has gone out of his way to make sure I got what I paid for and felt assisted. If he had time and resources, I'm sure he would train the front desk girls better. They know absolutely nothing about customer service and most times they know absolutely nothing about the office they work for. I am not one to go to the manager for everything but in this case I had no choice, and he is a terrific manager. He deserves a raise.

This place is horrible. Slooooow service, the worst Front Desk receptionist who could care less about how long you have to wait. They make you wait and wait and Wait. My hygienist was nice but seemed either inexperienced or thoughtless. I've been to other places where your comfort and care are more of a priority. If you don't like pain don't come here.
