Great staff!! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Alex is great and helped my tooth pain go away. He cares about his patients and spends time explaining the procedures and answered all my questions.

Dr. Alex and his team were exceptionally professional and accommodating throughout all my countless appointments. Whenever a new issue presented itself, Dr. Alex was informative and provided me with resources to ensure I felt 100% confident in taking the next step in my decision. Thank you to you, Jenifer, and Crystal for all your help!!

This place is so amazing they deserve an extra long review! I first visited Dr. Alex’s office late in June of 2017. I had recently resigned from a job and my dental insurance benefits were about to run out within days. I took a random chance and called the number on the back of the friendly smiling postcard I received in the mail from Pearl Dental Care. Despite needing work on almost all of my molars including several root canals (I hadn’t visited a dentist in years), Dr. Alex was able to put together a prioritized plan of action and began working immediately at a marathon pace to ensure that I got all the necessary work completed before my benefits expired. Once I began working at my new job and had dental insurance again, Dr. Alex worked bit-by-bit to correct my less pressing dental issues that I had wanted corrected for years. He replaced all of my old ugly silver-amalgam fillings with composite resin, replaced all of my old boxy metal-infused crowns, and even filled a chipped front tooth. It feels so amazing to look into a mirror and see no metal trimmed teeth in my smile; I never thought this would happen! What’s even more amazing, is how much I enjoy going to the dentist now. Everyone at the office is super friendly and does what they can to ensure their patients are comfortable. There are TVs mounted to the ceiling with all of your favorite video streaming services, blankets and pillows if you want them, and they’ll give you cool medical glasses to wear to prevent your face from getting splashed with water while watching your favorite shows. Dr. Alex also has lots of nifty devices that make the dental process so much easier including a vibrating injection system (I can barely tell when I’m getting a shot), a dry shield that keeps your mouth open and your tongue protected from prodding tools, and fancy optical lenses to help with precise endodontic work. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now every visit at Pearl Dental Care feels like a relaxing day at a spa. Besides being a former dentophobe, I am typically horrible at scheduling medical appointments as I rarely take the time to initiate a phone call, but the first time I reached out to contact the office was the only time I ever had to reach out on my end. Crystal and the rest of the office staff at Pearl Dental Care always do an amazing job of ensuring that my next appointment is always booked before I walk out the door. I also appreciate that they also always call to check-in and make sure that everything is going well the next day after my procedure, and then later send a reminder text a couple days before my next appointment. Everyone at the office takes pride in their work and has always offered to correct any minor imperfections or other issues until we both agree that the finished product looks and feels perfect. What a great business model! I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone I know.

UNETHICAL AGAIN..... Now they are charging for a CD copy, which should always be no extra cost. Last month my insurance was charged TWICE for the free visit. The the flyer reads free exam + xray but 20-20 vision cannot read the small print.
