My son is just finishing his treatment with Dr. Chong and it has been a great experience from day one. Dr. Chong was very thorough with his treatment. What impressed me most was that he really took the time to hear what my son (then 16) had to say about his treatment, explaining to him all the pros and cons of every option so he had input on his own treatment The front office staff are friendly and welcoming and do their best to accommodate our crazy schedule. (Shout out to Ivette! She's the best! - down to earth, engaging and just an all around great personality). The location is a major plus, as my son could go to appts in the early morning or right after school which is literally a block down the street.

Honestly, the best Ortho ever! Professional, clean, and great atmosphere. When I first went here myself, I had the pleasure meeting DR Leonard, he was so nice, friendly and really cared for my concerns. So when I was ready I came back to this place because of him! I brought my daughter in for braces as well and we loved it since. It's a good feeling to know that your kids are in great hands and if any of us need to come back, we will come here. I truly appreciate your team Dr. Chong!

Dr. Chong and his team are awesome! My son got his Cross-Bite fixed with braces from Dr. Chong. The check-in is easy by tapping your name on the iPad. They schedule your next appointment one and/or two months in advanced which is great for me because I like to plan and organize my life ahead (especially with 3 little kids!) They have an area for your child to brush their teeth prior to their appointment (which is great when you’re picking them up straight from school). They also have books and toys for little siblings to play in the lobby. I love them!

I have 3 children that are seeing Dr. Chong. One finished braces last year, one got her braces removed last week and one still had them on. The office and Dr. Chong have been wonderful. My daughter said she will miss the office they are very nice and make her laugh. The kids teeth are beautiful. I highly recommend their office, we personally had a great experience.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and fun and they make it easy during procedures it's not as scary and intimidating as you would think.
