Personal Life Coach

I had an appointment with Dr. Annelise Heckert at the Basalt office. I found Dr. Heckert and the rest of the staff professional, thorough and personable. As a new person in the area, I feel blessed to have found them. I had called several offices in Aspen, however, they required me to pay for the office visit, blood work and anything else I wanted up front and then have Medicare reimbursement me. This would have been very costly, possibly thousands of dollars. Because I have secondary health insurance, I am confident that I won't be billed for anything. Basalt office, thank you for taking such good care of me.

Just as the girl "Genesis" on these reviews, I too was met with the same rudeness and lack of caring. I came in with injured ribs, holding them and obviously in physical pain and showing signs of injury. When I walked in the lady at the desk couldn't be bothered to look away from her computer screen. I stood there in silence while she slowly rolled her eyes up at me asking "do you need something?" I explained the injury briefly and explained that even driving there was intensely painful. She didn't want to hear any of it. All she said was "You need an x-ray, go to the hospital". That's it? Seriously? Where is the compassion that a doctor's office is supposed to have? The front desk lady is now giving medical advice now too? No offered solutions, no compassion, no caring. The place was COMPLETELY empty of patients. Why couldn't I have been seen? I didn't have an appointment but there was not a single offer of "let me get someone just in case" given my physical state. Should be pretty ashamed of how you treat people at this office.

Had a root canal performed here by Dr. Glass. The first time they performed it they ran out of the materials needed to complete the procedure. After much hassling and back and forth a week later they completed the procedure. But only four hours after completing the root canal the filling that was supposed to be permanent fell out. Nothing was communicated to me about food restrictions before or after the procedure. Before I went to Mountain Family Heath Centers my teeth didn't hurt. Now I'm hours of driving and appointments wasted. Shouldn't have even gone to the dentist to begin with. Don't go here.

You guys completely shattered me when I walked in to your clinic and you denied me healthcare. I'm a 20 year old girl, struggling to make ends meet, and I heard such good reviews about you and how you care about people. I walked in to that clinic happy today, and when you told me "You're not going back there." When I sadly explained to you guys why I couldn't pay $200 up front, my heart completely broke. I suffer from Epilepsy, and I was not able to continue treatment since March because I couldn't afford health insurance anymore. You guys were incredibly rude to me and disrespectful, i walked out of that clinic crying. btw, rolling your eyes at a patient that tries to explain to you their situation (which already is embarrassing enough), is disrespectful. You guys are supposed to care about people
