2 years ago, right after our house fire, I brought my son there to have one of his loose teeth looked at because it was turning brown. He had been a patient there since he was a baby, and I never really liked them, but never had anything horrible happen to switch. Well, on this day I talked to Dr. Lucy about how we just had a fire, and we also talked about how we didn't have dental coverage at the time and I was paying out of pocket for the visit. She came out a few minutes later and suggested an x-ray to make sure the loose tooth wasn't infected. Being concerned, I agreed. I did ask the price, and she said $125 or something, which seemed reasonable. A little while later, she came back out saying that he had 3 other loose teeth, and for "symmetry" they should all come out together. Again, thinking she was HELPING my son, I agreed. I asked to be in the room, and she said no, I would make him more upset. I had to listen from the hallway as she pulled out my kids teeth. I was crying hysterically as I listened to his screams. Then, when he was done, I got the bill. She charged me for "extractions" and two x-rays, one for the bottom and top of his mouth. All she did was pull out lose teeth, and she charged me for each tooth as an extraction! I couldn't even speak as I looked at the bill. I paid the bill, walked out and obviously never went back. Reading all of these other stories made my heart sink that I wasn't the only one this happened to, that there are other kids and families being taken advantage of by this dentist. I really hope we can spread the word. I feel bad that I never spoke up sooner, maybe someone could have avoided her practice if I had.

My child was yelled at! Because she was upset! And there was a lot of bleeding! We brush her teeth 2x a day and never ever any bleeding and there was a lot of blood! I will be finding a new dentist!

This dentist office is horrible. The dr was extremely rude. She tried kicking me out into the waiting room when my daughter was already scared. When I refused she got mad and started questioning why I made an appt for my daughter when my son wasn't in school. Mind You he goes to afternoon pre-k.Then because my daughter ate a banana before her appt she said she wouldn't do her fillings and made us leave. Definitely shouldn't be working with children!!!

Horrible place my stepson (5years old)went to get a filling and those idiots pinched a nerve now his face is all swollen and has tooth absses, when he would cry and scream they threatened him by saying "if you keep crying daddy has to leave the room" poor baby we had to take him to the hospital and he cried in pain constantly, im sure hes not the only one. My autistic brother was strapped down with a doctor on top of him his mouth was being held open with a device while he was screaming that place should be shut down for good they mistreat the children, my boyfriend saw the nurse the asian one walk into the room with a teeth pick in her pocket took it out and started using it on my baby.

Keep your kids away from this place. They are rude and very unprofessional. I was referred by generations because my son had an abscess so she gives us an appointment for a cleaning the next day & then gives us another appointment for the abscess to be drained days later, when we get there for the abscess to be drained, she refused to see my son. I ended up taking him to the ER. She was very rude to me and my husband. I was in tears because I couldn't believe we were being treated this way &I couldn't understand why she gave us n appointment for a cleaning when we specifically came for the drainage. Many people have had bad experiences with this dentist please report her & if you haven't been there STAY AWAY
