do NOT go here unless you're looking for just a routine cleaning, had no dentist but went here impromptu to get implant crowns PLACED on (no work needed/done) just the dentist had to place fake teeth that look good onto screws that were already in place. instead some guy comes in i wasnt even sure was the dentist, seems rude, takes out 2 front teeth sized implants (mine are for the side) buffs them a TINY bit, sticks them into my mouth and then cements them. after that my gums end up receded, my actual teeth were pushed to the sides and now need braces of some kind... later on i go to a different dentist and first thing they say is what happened here (this was due to an accident btw that i needed implants) and was told that it was a botched placement and what dentist did this crown placement? the orthodontist who did the actual surgery doesnt place implants on only dentists do and if you need that done DO NOT GO HERE! For past years now I've been literally denied dates due to being told my smile is unattractive and now I barely speak or even show myself in public. I want to sue these people and take this guy to court but I don't even know who he was and I can't afford that because I spent so much on the implants that have ruined my life! I guess letting him work and show me the results AFTER only was a terrible idea.... Plus after calling them just to ask "Can these be replaced with real crowns?" he got EXTREMELY defensive, started raising his voice, almost to the point of denying that he did anything wrong at all when I have a 5* dentist asking how he got his license...I had to hang up on him because he was mocking me saying that I've lived with it for years and have done nothing. Also at first the receptionist REFUSED to even let me speak to ANYONE or answer my basic question of "Can these be replaced?" i had to almost beg and she said he's busy al day with patients until i asked "why can't he call me after or ANY time? i've waited this long" and then he finally picks up. Totally unprofessional and not even this incident was why I never went here, always was a 2nd rate place made for little kids/family's to get cleanings, otherwise avoid or bring a lawyer... (The implants sit abtt 1/4'' above my gumline and have NO backing to them so i cant floss properly at all and have caused the teeth next to them to rot out due to this and the no back like i said created movement of my real teeth to the point I can't even get work to fix anymore. Btw, the assistant tried to "convince me" on how good they looked when I was upset and not wanting to leave. What a joke) P.S. forgot to mention the tooth on the other side of the implants was actually completely destroyed within a week or so after the crown was put on. i wasn't able to floss anywhere near there do to oversizing and spent about $2000 on a root canal and another crown so now i have 2.5 fake teeth and about to be 3.5 losing my front tooth that has been pushed away by the implant, saddest thing is i was hoping he'd offer to fix them but instead just made fun of me for not asking earlier. and they wanted me to make an appointment to hear this! IF ANY DENTIST READS THIS AND ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT PATIENTS IN CT AND IS WILLING TO PUT ON REAL CROWNS PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME! You'll be saving a life basically. I don't leave the house anymore after hearing how bad it looked daily by random peers and have spent all my money on dental work that was created initially from these oversized crowns.
