Recently, my dentist of several decades retired. I found Dr. Harris. I was apprehensive about going to a new dentist, but from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Harris is gentle and patient in his work. I had a crown done yesterday and feel fine.

Dr. Harris is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Always has the best advice and course of action for all procedures. I've been a patient of Dr. Harris for many years now and couldn't be more satisfied with a detistry practice. His staff is efficient, polite and friendly and go out of their way to make sure all needs are met. Ask for Carlos, he's awesome! Would recommend this dentistry practice to anyone in the area in need of a extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional dentist.

Dr. Harris is one of the best. I am one of those people who don't like going to the dentist, and subsequently delay my visits. In this case, I delayed a lost filling, resulting in a broken tooth. Dr. Harris saw me right away, scheduled a procedure during that initial visit, and when performing the dental work, had nothing but the highest standards of professionalism before, during, and after.

I've been to several other dentist office and I can say Dr. Harris and his staff are one of the best, there's nothing negative to say about any of them. I've been coming to this office for years and I don't have any problems what so ever

So I made an appointment as i needed 2 root canals and it was time. I go into the office and am told there is nothing they can do until my insurance company approves the work. They share that they will send in the paperwork forthwith. This was April 3rd 2015. On May 1st 2015, I call my insurance company to find out what is the holdup? they share with me that they have not yet received the paperwork yet from Dr. Harris's office. I call the office and ask to speak to the office manger and am told she is not available. I leave a message for her to call me. She never does. I call back and ask to speak once again to the office manager, once again she is not available and I leave a message. she never calls me back. I call back now for a third time and ask to speak to the office manager, (you guessed it) she is not available. I get the distinct pleasure of speaking to "carlos" real gem this guy who gets really defensive and says that the paperwork was sent it and that my insuarance carrier loses paperwork all of the time. Then he says to me and this is the best part, That the X-Rays that I brought in were not the right type of X-rays and that "I ORDERED THE WRONG TYPE OF X-RAYS" I don't remember when I became an x-ray tech but according to this ass hat the 2 problems we were facing is that I didn't make sure I had the proper x-rays and obviously my insurance carrier lost their paperwork. Then I find when I ask to (you guessed it) speak to the office manager I was told she actually doesn't come in anymore and was wasting my time by leaving her messages. Here is the bottom line, Dr. Harris might be a fine dentist I don't know I never got to see his work, His office staff that on the other hand is a real issue and I would stay as far away as possible from these morons. especially Carlos who literally has anger issues and enjoys hanging up on patients when you ask to speak to his supervisor.
