West Hartford, Ct Dentists Joel B. Goodman DDS, and Tamara Stein DDS

Joel has worked on my family's teeth for over 30 years. In or around 2001 his daughter Tammy joined the practice. She offered me a solution to fix my teeth that were crooked, yellow, and chipped. Before Tammy and Joel performed their miracle I would never smile. Since then I have more confidence and Im not shy to show my teeth. The relationship and satisfaction goes way beyond their work. They are like family to us. His staff are always welcoming and I refuse to let anyone else do anything in my mouth. I have since moved to Florida but postpone my dental work until my next trip to CT. I cant say enough positive things about them. They are like extended family. Trust me, I never got so excited to go to the dentist, even when he takes out his drill. Dr Goodman you have been such a wonderful blessing to my family. Thank you for everything you do. Go see Joel and Tammy with confidence and you will see for yourself. I love you guys. I came to this website to get Dr.Goodman's address, as I have moved and needed to request transfer of records. I noticed the reviews, and couldn't agree more with the positive reviews of both Dr. Stein and Dr. Goodman. I traveled from Hopkinton, MA, to return to Dr. Goodman's practice in 2006, which I had left, in 1984, when I moved out of the area. Now that we have moved to the Cape, I can no longer justify, or accommodate, the added time and mileage to get there --- too bad !!! I will miss the excellent services of both dentists, the hygienists, and the friendly and efficient staff.

I saw Dr. Tamara Stein as a new patient on the recommendation of my Physician's office. Dr. Stein was friendly, professional and very thorough--she spent a lot of time explaining everything to me. I didn't have to ask her to do so, it's clear that's just how she is. The staff (front desk, assistant and hygienist) were super friendly and especially accommodating with children. I had a cavity that was filled the following week—uneventful, with no pain. Very relieved to have found a great dentist.

Dr. Goodman is the best dentist in the area, as far as I'm concerned. His work is impeccable, and his knowledge of new and groundbreaking procedures is vast. His staff is friendly and efficient, and, not only has he never done anything to me that was unnecessary, he has worked extreme hard to try and save me money. I do not have the greatest teeth, but he has done his best to make sure I keep them. I would recommend him to anyone, and if you have problematic teeth, there isn't a better dentist to go to.

During office hours, no human answered the phone. Nor did anyone return my call.
