Great experience as always. They are very professional, always on time and the hygienist and dentists are very knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk are also very sweet. They really do a great job. My whole family goes there.

Family and I have been seeing this group for over 7 years. Nothing but good experiences. I would consider most of the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The most I have waited for an appointment is 10 minutes and that was once out of over a dozen visits. Questions are always answered and concerns are always addressed. Hygienists and front desk staff do all the work and doctors check the hygienists work briefly. Never had an issue. Make your appointment, otherwise you'll get a bill for a "no call, no show" - you can cancel appointments with advance notice, but all situations are handled by the staff appropriately. I recommend this office and although I now live even further away from them, I will still go here.

I am pleased with the results of my dental care that I received from Dr. Jack L. Gish & Associates, I also told to a co- worker about this office and I recommended him to go for an evaluation for his dental implant that he needs.

Staff in Armory building is not friendly at all. They changed my and my wife's appt with the specific dental hygienist to another one. (We took days off specifically for this appt. ) Our dental hygienist apparently had an emergency and had to be in the other building located down the road. Nobody bothered to call us and explain that or reschedule the appointment. When I asked for explanation I was told that our our regular dental hygienist had an emergency to take care of and that's it. I asked to move our appointment to the other location and I was told that there was no opening with our regular dental hygienist today or for quire some time. The receptionist at the Armory building was not friendly at all and sounded like she did not care about customers at all. I explained her my situation and she said that she will transfer me to a supervisor when in fact she transferred me to her lead who was as bad as a receptionist. We used to like to go to this one person because we felt like she was decent and honest. I tried going to another dental hygienist in the same building because our regular dental hygienist was on maternity leave but she had me out in 10 minutes and I was told that I had to come back for deep cleaning which would require out of pocket expense. My experience with them is not that great obviously, I feel like there is really bad customer service in Armory building, and to make things worse some dental hygienists are trying to get you ripped off! I am never going back there again!
