The Manchester office staff was great and Paul was wonderful in getting me in urgently and answering all my questions. He was very caring and compassionate about my needs. I'm getting marry in the summer and needed a few root canals and they were able to get it done months before my wedding and most importantly they gave me back my SMILE!!! Thanks Aspen Dental of Manchester Alba-Mercedes

I had a dental checkup and cleaning appointment but they did not do the complete checkup even after 2 hours but gave me the estimates for next treatment. Wow, without complete checkup!!! I feel the staff not courteous and knowledgeable. Even I had the appointment for my family and they kept us waiting for more than 45 min. I would not return to you again.

Waited to long to be called, once called the initial exam routine was mis-diagnosed and once again I had to wait. As I was leaving I asked to speak to the office manager and voiced my dis-pleasure with what should have been an simple denture fix, he assured me that he would look into the situstion, once he did I was able to have the issue taken care of and I was on my way. Hooefully future visits will be better.

I went for extractions and full dentures. The staff was wonderful except for my first appointment with (George) he did the financials with me. He got the paper work for me to sign for extractions and to ok for the dentures. He handed it to me and said, "initial here for extractions (lower denture) and sign here for new set". I initialed and signed, but did not see in the fine print nor did he go line for line with me that I had 60 days to change the look of the new ones. At all the following visits including the first wax fitting did they tell me that it would be the finished product. On 3 occasions the techs told me you can change the look and type because these aren't you're permanent (particularly the upper) so you can change it. You'll get your final set in November. My initial fittings/ adjustments was in May. Dr. Jung was not very personable and hardly said a thing to me. I went for in to try the dentures again and told them I didn't like the upper as they were too big for my mouth. I was told at that point that the upper was my final uppers. I was very upset to hear that so I spoke to the Manager Paul and he told me it was not going to be changed unless I paid close to another $1000. I was very furious with that response but I agreed to pay for them because I hated the uppers. I gave him my wife's Delta dental card as mine had changed to hers when I retired FT work in August. He told me her Delta wouldn't cover anything. The last two visits I was asked for my wife's date of birth and they made a copy of her Delta card. Apparently they billed her dental insurance because when I gave them the final pay off yesterday, I have a credit of $78.00. The new Dentist had wonderful manners and told me the uppers were too big and didn't match my face well. She and I picked out a new look. I got the final product yesterday and was elated to how they looked. I just wish at some point early on before that I knew after the first wax fitting especially the uppers were going to be permanent because I would have said no I don't like these!
