Always rude and arrogant, which may be worthwhile if he has a half decent dentist. However, for every time I went to get work done I had to go back at least once to get those same things fixed. I got my first root canal there, which was a standard procedure root canal, and I had to go for 6 (Yes, SIX) different visits to get it done. And he said that was standard procedure. Any dentist I have had since believes that is ridiculous. He has pierced a hole through my tounge with a drill unit, filed down my front teeth, put in fillings that came out right within days (one that came out as soon as I drove out of the parking lot), all the while being a condescending jerk who never admits to mistakes. He was probably already a bad dentist, but he is also obviously profiting off of these multiple visits because he drives a suspiciously nice car for a dentist. He is likely having people come for many visits and writing it off as other stuff to make a bigger profit, which is not hard to believe. You'd suspect it too if you went for a few visits or even just talked to him for more than a minute. Don't cause yourself any trouble by going to him, I'd rather not go to a dentist than go to him again. I never write mean or bad reviews but he really is just terrible.

Even one star is generous. Dr Herman is careless and does an equally careless job with your teeth. He does things he was not asked to do, and doesn't do what he was asked (and paid) to do. He argues with his clients when they're understandably displeased, rather than fixing what he fails to do correctly.
