Clean office with friendly people from the moment you walk to the door until you shake your dentists hands on the way out the door! I have been going to this office for 4 years and have loved every second of it. The hygienists are top of the line, Cara and Jess especially. They all are so thorough and super conversational they make the experience very enjoyable. Not to mention that both dentists are so very nice and pleasant to deal with. Just an A+ dentists office, highly recommended!

Dr. D'Andrea recently made me new upper and lower dentures. The fit and appearance are fantastic. His attention to detail is amazing. I also had an extraction done by Dr. D. Completely painless. I have a fear of dentist's dating back to childhood. Dr. D has cured me of my fear. I would recommend him strongly.

Dr. DAndrea called me right away after hours last Friday when I reported the loss of my front tooth. He saw me first thing Saturday morning spending hours meticulously repairing and placing a temporary. I could not be happier with the entire experience! His assistant, Holly, was so thoughtful and alert. I have been a patient in this practice for over twenty years and am in awe of the level of professionalism- it has to be the best practice in Connecticut!

For 20+ years, I have considered myself very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Ronald D’Andrea at the dental practice of Drs. D ’Andrea and Pantera. Over the course of my life (I am 60) I have lived in many places and have had many excellent dentists. However, the care that my family and I have received from Dr. D’Andrea - and virtually everyone at this truly exceptional practice – is, by far, the very best I have experienced. My primary dental care providers have been Dr. D’Andrea and the extraordinary dental hygienist Cara. I am deeply grateful to them both for their skills, professionalism, and genuine sense of care. Dr. D’Andrea, Cara and everyone who works at this office is highly professional, thoughtful, considerate, and friendly. They are exceptionally skillful at clearly explaining their treatment plan and describing each step of the process. I have found this to be incredibly reassuring. This superb dental office is clearly a busy and thriving practice. However, in the many dozens of times I have been there, I have never once felt like the staff were rushing. Additionally, they are invariably prompt. I am not sure how they do it, but they also have mastered the art of being fully ‘present’ to their patients. I have always found each member of this team to be exceptionally skillful listeners. Professionalism –in every way possible- is the hallmark of the D’Andrea and Pantera practice. The scheduling of appointments, the appearance of the facilities, the entire ‘tone’ of the whole office, the management of referrals (e.g., for root canal), their responsive to patient needs for changing appointments (my father was often unexpectedly ill and need to cancel appointments), are all invariably handled with care and very close attention to detail. Additionally, without exception, across these two decades and across hundreds of interactions, everyone in this practice consistently conveys a sense of warmth, care, and just the right sense of humor. For someone like myself, who experienced some significant dental trauma as a child, and who had very high levels of dental anxiety well into adulthood, I could not have found a better home for my dental care. I have been invariably impressed with their skillfulness and invariably moved by their genuine kindness. I consider it a great gift to know them and to have the benefit of their care. Each of the individuals at the practice, and the group as a whole, are making a magnificent contribution to the world, and they have been consistently doing so for decades. I can never thank them enough.
