I had a appointment today and got my tooth pulled. Lulu was amazing! I felt like my friend came with me and all along it was lulu. She held my hand, wiped my tears and was there massaging my face when I cried. Thanks so much

horrible office nobody knows what they're doing, the wait time is ridiculous and the "cleaning" is absolutely disgraceful. I am truly disgusted!! The receptionists are rude they were discussing parting and enjoying a snack at the desk while I am wasting my time in the dirty waiting room, but luckily I had company from a homeless fellow asking me for money and none of the staff bothered to check on me if I was ok or to let me know how much longer. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! But at least I made a new friend Dave I gave him a dollar.

The receptionists were super friendly, professional and informed! The dentist explained the whole process and was very caring!!!

I went for a cleaning and check up. I get there and my appointment was for 10 am and I didn't te seen until about 10:45 am. They call me in and then they tell me I need a filling and I didn't know that I was going to be in so much pain. The doctor then told me I needed to get my two bottom wisdom teeth removed. The doctor was extremely rough and my mouth hurts so much that I feel like I've gotten a wisdom tooth removed. Also as the doctor started the filling I didn't know how they do a filling and the doctor did not tell me that he needed to numb it he just continued. To be completely honest I don't know if I'll be coming back. It was just an aweful experience first time being here.

I found the facility to be very clean and the desk personnel very personable. In regards to the dental staff they were efficient but lacking bed side manner. As a person with a past experience working in the medical field I know its was best for me and my patients to identify myself and explain to them what I was going to do to them. Not only does this help to provide good pt/staff relationship it also helps to alleviate anxiety the pt may have going into this appointment. I was disappointed after my appointment because of this and I'm increasingly anxious for my next as I have terrible anxiety when visiting the dentist. Bottom line please don't assume we know what you're going to do and please keep us in the know. I truly appreciate it.
