Over the weekend, I came in with throbbing Jaw pain due to horizontal Impacted Wisdom teeth that were pushing forward against the rest of my molars. I have 2 major complaints. During the Xrays, the assistant administering them (identified as Crystal) had the worst sense of sympathy I've ever seen. I was not taking medication for the pain at that moment so it was difficult for me to open my mouth, let alone have her jam this large plastic thing in my mouth and told to bite down. Rather than a word of empathy, all she did was repeat the Words "Open" and "Bite" as if i was a Dog purposefully resisting treatment. At one particularly painful moment, i put a finger up and politely asked for just a moment to compose myself, and she visually got annoyed, rolled her eyes and tapped her fingers against the wall as if getting impatient with my whining. Well, sorry if my discomfort was such a bother to you and your job Crystal... The second thing that dissatisfies me is that this place only has 1 Oral Surgeon that Only stops by this practice Once a month, so the corrective procedure would have to be a full Month out. After everything, I chose to seek out an alternative and came across Dr. Dental in Waterbury that has an Oral Surgeon that is available twice a week, and coincidentally charges half the cost i was quoted for extractions. Thankfully I am getting this procedure done tomorrow morning. I would advise the Management of Aspen Dental, since they are making so much more money on others, to hire at least one other Oral Surgeon, and invest in sensitivity training for Crystal...

They told me if i paid a certain asking in cash the rest could be on a payment plan. I did that on the day of my appointment but there was no dentist so i only got a partial cleaning... I came back expecting a filing and the other half of a cleaning and they tell me that because they didn't do their paperwork that day i have to pay cash in order to get both procedures done. I didn't get anything done... They are a gimmick... Only out to take your money

They are the worst 😡😡 I had a crown done for around $400 to $500 An a few months later it starts to hurt really bad an one doctor said it’s not fitted right that’s why it’s hurting So I made appointment to get it fixed, when I went the doctor went on leave so another doctor saw me an he said it has an infection an he said to have a specialist to check it out an that was almost $60 for a damn specialist so I made an appointment in Danbury because that where the doctor will be an I live in Waterbury , that was the earliest date I can get an I was willing to leave work early just to go to Danbury an then I get a call saying the doctor wouldn’t be there so I had to reschedule 2 weeks later on my appointment they sent me a message saying that there closing the office early an I will have to reschedule 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡wtf I wasted so much money an I still can’t get teeth fixed but trust me they wont hear the last of me

I will never recommend aspen dental to anyone...they charge the insurance company for things they never did...than when you put in a grievance with insurance company and they agree with you and take money back...Aspen dental DOESN'T SEND YOU A NEW BILL..."THEY PUT YOU INTO COLLECTIONS " for no reason at all...they claim its their policy...so PLEASE watch your insurance EOBs...I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR CAUSE IT WONT LET ME POST
