Everyone was nice to me and they explained the process to help keep me calm because I was nervous. I highly recommend them!

Just finished getting a cleaning at the Great expressions Dental Office in Boynton Beach, Fl. Office has a much needed make-over with their office staff. Probably would have left a while ago except there is no better hygentist in South Florida than Malcolm. Glad I stayed because the new office manager, Cari, and front desk, Laura, have transformed the office with pleasant smiles and a welcoming attitude. Great customer service and they do phenomenal work as well!! Visit number two, 10/19/2017, for a consultation for an implant. Was running late but it was no problem. Laura and Yaritza greeted me and took care of me almost immediately. Saw Dr. Starkman who was extremely personable; he and his assistant Cheyena took the time to explain everything to me. In the past, I have hated going to the dentist and it has led to increased dental problems. Happy for change in company and the new doctors because now I have found a dental home.

I was on a payment plan for 2 years to pay my son's braces, they took an additional payment out of my bank, I have been trying to get my payment credited since October they keep giving the run around ,try spaeking to the office manager and they always give me an excuse , spoken to Laura several times and the last time she took my card as if to credit my account and told me it would be 2 or 3 days before it shows on my account it has been over a week so far. I believe she pretended to do it..I'm going to find a corporate number I'm tired of their B.S.

I'm a nervous nelly with dentists and needed a root canal. I was apprehensive at first bc the particular dentist doesn't use nitrous-personal preference but I decided To go ahead with him anyway. He was very kind, talked abt the procedure throughout, even the numbing injections didn't hurt like I've had other places. The assistant Iris was super sweet, calm, pleasant, reassuring as well. The dentist was quick, thorough, and patient with my adult onset anxiety of a dentist lol.

Because of this office negligence I had to have a root canal done. When they first put a crown on my tooth I complained of sensitivity and pain when chewing. The dentist took an X-ray and said he didn't see anything and that this was normal after some time I should go away. Well it never went away! A year later another dentist told me there was leakage which caused infection and a root canal was needed. Instead of ruining people's teeth that old man should retire. Ur office was couldn't accommodate my schedule. I work and go to school. U cancelled an appt. That I had for 6 months! Don't come here! Go to an experienced dental office.
