Few weeks back I wanted to take my wife for hair cut colour and nails to be done. She is a senior citizen and need assistance. I phoned Sylvia what a nice person, she was willing to open the Salon after hours to help my wife. I was very lucky to find Sylvia the right person. She is the best to chat with while getting haircut. She is friendly, helpful, and professional. She has lot of patience. I absolutely love this place. She's amazing and I highly recommend her.

I’ve been twice and Sylvia has done a great job on my hair. It’s clear that she knows what she is talking about and cares about what she does. She never has rushed And cares about the results! She does amazing keratin treatments knows the proper way of doing it unlike other salons! She also does eyebrows amazing! She is now my new go to salon as I know I can trust that I’ll be happy and get the outcome I desire!!

A few years ago, I went here for a basic wash and blow dry because it’s close to home and I wasn’t able to get a last min appointment at my regular salon. Unfortunately it was clear this lady had no idea what she was doing. I do a better job on my hair day to day. My hair was left greasy, limp, with zero body. NOT how my hair looks even when doing it on my own let alone by a supposed professional. I went home and had to quickly Re-wash and dry before my event, it was that bad. She was however very pleasant to speak with and seemed to be a good person so I didn’t complain - just walked out and didn’t plan on going back. During the service she talked a lot about the eBates website but i didn’t think much of it. She also mentioned that she used to work in IT - which made a lot of sense considering how bad the simple blow dry was. Well, not long after I left I get an email from eBates saying I’ve been signed up to their program. I’m pretty sure this lady took the personal information i used in the sign in book and automatically signed me up to her eBates program - which I gave no consent to do and have zero interest in. I wrote an email to them complaining and got zero response, so I filed a formal complaint to the privacy commissioner. Do not recommend this place at all.
