Excellent experience from booking to haircut and everything in between. Nick is an incredible stylist and truly is an expert. Convenient text message reminder before the appointment is really helpful. Thank you for a wonderful haircut! Rob

First two times were decent, time before last was bad but I figured I’d give another chance. Wish I hadn’t because 2” more than requested were taken off today. I’m not sure if it was a rush job or a lazy job because as a returnee maybe some stylists figure you don’t need to work as hard for them. Needless to say today is the last time. I’m sure this is not the case for the other stylists there and maybe they continue to work to wow their clients. Only saving grace is hair grows and it’s just barely long enough to go up in a bun. Photo to illustrate where I wanted it to be cut to versus where it was cut to.

Not happy with my Hair cut. My stylist was Jenny Lip. I specifically told her to keep my hair long from the front but instead she cut them short and now my forehead looks so bad. I thought this salon would be good because of their reviews but my experience with them wasn't as pleasant as I anticipated. Won't be recommending to my friends at least.

I came in after doing a home highlighting job on my hair. Parts of my hair was orangey. When I called to ask if they had room for me to come have it fixed, the lady said yes come in at 1pm. When I came in, they said they will have to charge me for a corrective service. I was ok with this. At first, she said she didn't have time for a full head of highlights, but after seeing that the orange was everywhere she said she will need to do the entire full head of highlights. Afterwards, I still saw orange in my hair and she said she didn't have time to fully get rid of it. I was upset but never like to say anything. At home, the hair was even worse looking. I called and explained this and asked if they can fix it. She said they would have to charge me for another round of corrective highlights. I asked why should I have to pay $175 for another round if I've already paid for the corrective service? I didn't pay for half a correction. We didn't manage to work a solution out. She insisted that because I booked in last minute, that's why she couldn't finish it. Not once upon booking was I informed that I was being squeezed in. Had I known that they wouldn't be able to complete the job fully, I would not have booked in. Then she changed her reason and claimed she couldn't do it because it would wreck my hair. I said that's fine but you should finish the job another day without charge. I will not go here again because of this. Bottom line, I paid for a corrective service and only had half of it corrected. Not satisfied.

The best place to get your haircut. The hair dressers are really nice and polite. They are friendly and hence it feels warm and welcoming when you are there. They seem to be well trained professionals as they have never messed up my hair. I'd say, a great place in the neighborhood to get a haircut. However, they are closed on Sundays and Mondays and it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment at your own convenience as they get booked really fast. I had to get an appointment a week before.
