Immediately upon entering, the salon was empty with three employees sitting down. I went to one of the employees and told her I wanted a blunt cut (displayed a picture). My hair was already styled in a bob, had just wanted it cut slightly shorter. Easy right! Instead, the reception I recieved was the female employee standing up towards me putting her hand in my hair as she looked at me. I looked back at her and she was like "no they will not cut my hair". I asked why, she said they don't cut extensions. They refused to cut my hair because I had extensions installed (Straight virgin hair extensions). My hair was already washed and neat styled in a bob. I asked again why they wouldn't cut my hair...she just muttered and said no they will not do it. I was taken back at her behavior and the manager I presumed did not say anything but stare. So it is now that clients are being screened based on their ethnicity whether or not they will render their services to them because I'm sure if it was a Caucasian with extensions it wouldn't have been a problem. Quite disappointed with this salon, an formal complaint will be coming forward. If you are looking for a hair salon that treats everyone with the same respect and dignity irrespective of their ethnicity, this is not the place!

One of the good thing is that they are cheap. They are also good at there work, as your hair cut will finish in maximum 10 mins.
