Wow, what a delight. I took mygirlfriend to this salon because my friend suggested it, and she loved it there. Now she has told many of her friends and they love it too. Excellent service and very reasonable prices. Also, the service was quick so it was better than other places as I didnt have to wait too long. Overall 5/5

Reasonable price for threading. Recommend. Good customer service, pleasant environment.

I suggest never to visit this place. I went there for waxing. Zero customer service.I told the lady the wax is hot and she was doing is so fast that it literally burnt my skin and it turns so red. They don’t know how to retain customers. Never listen to customers what they want. I went there for eyebrows, the lady never listens to me, as if its her eyebrows and will make the shape according to her. Worst place ever. I am surprised how their license is still not cancelled😡

Recently, I took hair keratin treatment from the Markham location and very much satisfied with their service. I always went their for my threading and waxing. The staff is very friendly and always suggest good things regarding my queries. Best thing which i like about herbal beauty is that their price is so reasonable.

I told the girl who was waxing me that the wax was burning me and to lower the heat. She did not care. My skin ended up being really red and sensitive afterwards. Ive been waxed before at different salons and the wax was never this hot and my skin never got as red or as sensitive. Too scared to ever go back.
