I'm not great at writing reviews..The staff at this place is amazing and friendly. Dr. Hall is an an awesome doc that knows what he's doing.

I have chosen this place because I have seen good reviews but I had such a bad experience! What a nightmare! I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worse enemy. I had a root canal done somewhere at the beginning of January. First I sat in the chair and they gave me some consents to sign. The bill was 100$ more than what I was told previous. Of course they blame it on the receptionist. Then the orajel for the injection was applied in a rush and like it was his first time doing it so it dripped down my throat which gave me such a burning and itchy feeling I started coughing so bad they didn't even offered me some water!!! I asked them cause I felt I couldn't breathe. Then another thing, the doctor and his staff didn't cover their noses while wearing the masks and could feel them breathing in my mouth the whole procedure. DISGUSTING! I mean that's the point of wearing a mask, right?!?. And no, I couldn't say anything cause my mouth was already open and I had this thing keeping me from closing it so I just had to stay and endure. Needless to say that some other lady was in the room chatting with the doctor and his assistant while he was working on my tooth. After having everything finished the doctor didn't even say bye or some piece of advice on future caring w my root canal he just disappeared- went to see another patient, I suppose. But what made me so furious is that the girl (the one chatting - she wasn't wearing any scrubs so I don't even know if she was an employee) put my purse in my lap while I was still sitting on the chair talking to the assistant about pain management and future care. I mean this procedure costed me 1800$ and it was such a bad experience! I was practically pushed out the door so they can get the next one in. So unprofessional! This never happened to me! Besides all that, the office is looking filthy and so old! Their chairs in the waiting room are ripped and so dirty and they need to paint the walls and those doors! Honestly, I regret so much having this root canal there. So expensive, so unprofessional and so little respect. Oh and I had to call like three times for them to send me a copy the consents and x-ray because they never hand them to me like I was told.

After moving here from Sarasota I was skeptical of going to anyone except my own dentist so I kept traveling an hour and ten minutes away for any tooth related issue. Fortunately, when I was in a ton of pain my main dentist referred me to this facility to get things taken care of quickly. I ended up having a root canal. I must say that not once did I tense up during the whole procedure. The professionalism, compassion and coziness that this place offers makes you feel at home. Just a super friendly staff. I even had my eleven year old daughter who’s deathly afraid of going to the dentist relax enough to have four teeth extracted for braces. Couldn’t be happier.

Front office was kind and helpful, but; once in the chair, after x-rays taken, I was asked to sign acceptance of an $1100 charge for the root canal. I have a dental discount plans, I was unable to get a copy of their fee schedule to compare. Could not tell you who was either the dentist or the technician. They did not offer to schedule a follow up visit for the necessary crown. Have since found out that they did not even clean up the cavity that required the root canal.

Such a pleasant doctor and staff. They were quick and efficient! Treated my 9 year old for two extractions. Gentle and caring. Highly recommend Dr. Hall.
