Worst Scar Camaflouge Location

The negative ratings you read here are sadly and scarcely accurate. I will say that Basma has a good heart and her vision for her company came from a good place. As a burn victim survivor I could see where she would want to make sure that other people could live their lives, and have a quality of life regardless of having scars. She has left her compamy and cast them before swines. I know that this may sound harsh, but it is true. I was approved to have my daughter who is under the age of 18 to have a procedure done. I had already got permission from a doctor to have the procedure, the clinic lied and stated that they would take on the case. For months I had to go back and forth with them because they did not want to take on the nature of the case because her age. I was promised that they would do the session by one of the senior management team members. The senior technician when we did the consultation virtually was very unprofessional and has a terrible bedside manner.

After my accident, I remember laying in bed being very unsure about the future. I had a large scarred area on my forehead and no idea what could be done to improve its appearance. We searched for any solutions and soon discovered a video online about your story and your truly inspiring achievements. When we realized that your office was right beside where I work, we had to come see you. At first when we visited, you helped us understand that I wasn’t at a point where you could help yet, but we later came back after a few more surgeries. Your positivity and energy is always very present in the room and you were very quick to offer your help. After you tattooed my eyebrow it was the first time in 3 years that I went to work without a band-aid covering it. It was a really pivotal moment in the recovery process for me, and I have slowly been regaining my confidence in public. Thanks to your help I am moving forward in life and getting married this spring. With so much gratitude and appreciation thank you to you and your team.

Going to the Basma clinic was the best personal care cosmetic experience. Basma is a very compassionate and caring person. She is not only an expert at what she does, she is also an artist. Basma listens to your needs and she also provides you with advice that is specific to your unique individuality. There is no cookie cutter treatment with Basma as no two individuals are the alike. I've experienced others and I would only trust Basma again. Basma clinic provides follow up calls to ensure that you are happy with your treatment outcome. Much appreciation to Basma and Myar, her assistant. It was a pleasure to work with both of you.

I really didn't want to resort to dark flowery artist tattoo to cover my scar on my tummy (that's all my friends could suggest) then another friend of mine recommended this clinic and I'm soooo happy I went in for a consult and started my treatments right away. I'm seeing a very nice improvement in my scar and guess what? No big flower design for me! They're matching my skin colour and blending it with the rest of the skin. I'm honestly amazed by the attention to detail and how good it's looking.

After having had a bad experience with someone else, I was blessed to find Basma. She is so caring, understanding and above all professional. Once you meet her it is as if you have known her all your life. Her warm personality speaks volumes. Basma and all her staff are so welcoming and caring. From my initial call to the day of the procedure to the follow up calls this is as close to perfection as you can get. Her work is impeccable. My eyebrows look so natural, you would think I was born with them. Basma has a gift very few are blessed with and I am so thankful that I found her. She deserves more than the 5 star rating. She truly is a saviour.

I used to be so self-consious about my lips because of a childhood scar that had left them disfigured, after a few visits I can say I feel confident again! I don't feel the need to wear lipstick to leave my house and run errands, I'm so thrilled! THANK YOU!
