Awesome Experience, from the minute I walked through the front door until I left. The front desk staff was extremely professional and greeted me with a pleasant smile. I am probably THE most Dental Phobic person on the planet! :-) But, since I've been going to Dr. Weeks, this fear has subsided tremendously. She just knows how to calm me and re-assures me that all will be well. Today's visit for a filling, I am happy to say, was a piece of cake, thanks to Dr. Weeks professionalism and sincere concern for my well being. Many thanks to the all who made my experience, a great one today! I appreciate all that you do! ;-) Hope Carter-Snoap

I never really had a problem with Dr. Weeks herself but more so with her staff who are liars and do not brief her on situations with honesty. I missed my appointment with Dr. Weeks but did not receive my call to remind me of my appointment the following day. I understand that they don't owe me that call but instead of telling me that they argued that they DID call me. After talking with her front desk receptionist, she mistakenly admitted that she did NOT call my number. THEN it became about "oh we don't owe you a phone call". Then tried to charge me $50 for a no show after that but instead I asked the receptionist to tell Dr. Weeks about her mistake and to take it off. Which the receptionist did but clearly did not tell her the real story since Dr. Week removed me from her practice a week later. Also I never got a phone call from Dr. Weeks herself to talk about the situation. I requested a phone call twice. Instead she kept having the receptionist who lied to me and her call me back. She clearly doesn't value her costumers for the fact that I couldn't even get a phone call from her (doesn't matter what the final result is)

Dr. Reya Weeks has an amazing dental office - the best one my family has ever had! Dr. Weeks is so nice and easy to talk to, she makes you feel very comfortable when getting dental work done! The dental hygienists are great too - Kelsey and Liz usually does my family's dental cleaning and they are awesome! Everyone in the front office is so friendly and helpful and the dental assistants are super sweet too! I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room for my appt. either! You can't go wrong with this Dental Office! :)

Doctor Weeks and her staff are absolutely amazing. I was initially introduced to this office by a friend of mine that swears by them. The office is clean and calming. The staff is very educational and accommodating when I have any questions and Dr. Weeks is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I have to get my teeth cleaned at least 3x per year because of periodontal disease so I go to this dentist quite often. I felt like my old dentist was always trying to upsell me on things that I didn't need but I never felt that way with Dr. Weeks and her staff. I've had cavities filled, metal fillings removed and replaced with porcelain and multiple cleanings. They accept my insurance so the cost is always low. I've been to a number of dentists in my life and I rarely write reviews for doctors or dentists but I felt like this team deserves 5 minutes of my time for a review after countless positive interactions and experiences. Thanks again, Dr. Weeks! I give this office 5 smiles!
