During my visit, the dental assistants were fun and friendly. Very professional and they knew exactly what to do. Rayna was great at helping to pick out the colors for my temporary crown and Dr. Barbra was excellent at making me feel comfortable while he was doing the core build up and the placing of the temporary crown. I also had my cleaning with Kailey. She was really good and gentle while cleaning my teeth and she was very informative when I asked questions, such as, “What is the reason people need SRP’s?” She answered with lots of information that I could understand. This officer full of friendly staff that is willing to make sure our smile is the best that it can be.

Everyone at Hawaii Family Dental in Kihei always has a smile in their face and have been so welcoming since my first visit! Dr. Barba was incredibly knowledgeable. He had an answer for every one of my many questions and took the time to explain it in a way that I can understand. He and his assistants are extremely gentle and thorough. Chastity was so helpful, she made sure I got the most out of my insurance and helped me schedule appointments that fit in with my work hours. I’m so grateful I found this dental office and I’m looking forward to going back!

Went and saw dr thomas and got an estimate of$5000 for a front bridge i decided later on to get a crown insread and a partial denture i called rusty to get an appointment and i got the runaround called rowena at the front desk and also got the runaround. I guess they did not like the idea i was going for the less expensive procedure mean while i paid $200 for the hoala dental plan i am trying to get a refund i tried to make an appointmentf for almost 2 weeks not responsible people waste of time

I was a new patient 12/11/17, I had a great experience! Tony did my x-rays & told me she would be taking 18 & it might be uncomfortable...it was the best x-ray experience ever!! THEN....I HAD BEEN TOLD FROM ANOTHER DENTIST HERE IN Kihei that I needed 3-4 crowns & needed to see a relative of theirs to see if roots we're good, that I may need root canals. I had to reschedule that appointment & found out it was scheduled for a root canal. I knew I didn't need it & Dr. at Hawaii Family Dental knew from my x-rays I didn't need it. I APPRECIATE HONESTY, THAT GETS MY BUSINESS & MY FAMILY.

I’ve been a patient at the Kihei clinic for 13 years and I actually look forward to my appointments. I’m treated with friendliness and expertise. Wait times are minimal in the waiting area. I’ve recommended this clinic and Dr. Thomas to many of my friends. Keep up the good work.
