I made an APPOINTMENT with the office from a referral another office. Told to bring $350.00 to cover cost of APPOINTMENT & pay for testing. At APPOINTMENT Don immediately told he wasn’t the right guy.I needed an APPOINTMENT??? to see Tori. Thought I had one ? Charged me $100.00 to be told I had an appointment with the wrong guy. But I HAD requested right guy. Day of APPOINTMENT THEY cancelled. I requested a refund since it was their mistake. Donna told me that DIRECTLY from the doctor they were NOT going to give me a refund because “ I took up the DOCTOR’s time” and it was a consultation. Then hung up on me. THEY scheduled me with the wrong guy. My time is important too. I am disabled and it took time and effort to get ready and be transported to your office. Take accountability for YOUR MISTAKE. $100.00 pocket change to you but its a weeks groceries for someone on disability. It is said you can tell a man’s character by how he acts it private. Dr Dan and this office sure did.

Extracted my tooth without sedation (at my request due to medical reasons) and kept the pain at zero! Dr. Tory Heine is awesome. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience here! Doctor Tory Heines removed my wisdom teeth, they made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job. He seemed to be very caring, and definitely did his job well. Every time I had any concerns I could call and talk to an assistant and they answered every question I had. I would refer every person I know to go here before anywhere else!!

I had a tongue tie surgery done here about 6 months ago and i still wake up with numbness under my tongue. Before the surgery Tory and I discussed that the surgery would be performed without a blade and it would be just a snip. He said the surgery wouldn't require any stitches and i could actually go to work after the procedure. Needless to say, he was wrong. Mid way through the surgery he said he cut "too deep" and needed to apply a few stitches. After the surgery i went to work and had difficulty speaking due to the pain and excessive salvation. I came back a week later to have the non-dissolvable sutures removed. I was laying on the chair while one of the assistants attempted to remove the sutures. She was having a difficult time and asked for help from another assistant. I went home that evening. A few days later i noticed a growth under my tongue. That growth was surrounding a suture that had been left in. I came back and had Dr. Hein look at it. He said there wasn't any sutures under my tongue. At this point im thinking i needed to get a second opinion. I went and visited another oral surgeon who also said he didn’t notice a suture under my tongue. Later that day I had my wife take photos with her phone and a video of the suture that was still left under my tongue. I brought the photos into Hein’s office and showed him proof of that there was in fact still sutures under my tongue. He went in and looked and sure enough found another suture and removed it.

I hardly ever walk into a place that makes me feel comfortable and has very great staff this place has it all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs oral surgery. Oh and the salt water tank is pretty.

Overall experience was excellent. I was told the wrong price for the procedure which was cheaper than normal AND they held to their word. That's unheard of nowadays. If only they were allowed to provide sufficient pain medicine for after the procedure they would get 6 stars.
