I have been a patient at Essex Street Dental for 10+ years now and recommend everyone to visit here for any type of dental work that might be needed. I have been petrified of the dentist since single digit childhood age (bad experience at a very unprofessional dentist). When I made my first visit to the office I was made to feel comfortable the moment I walked through the door. Lucy and Dr. Casiglia went above and beyond to help me through the process. If you have any worries or concerns about dental visits, go here and you'll never be worried again. I drive from Worcester to Salem for checkups and dental work, that should say something there!

Very competent, professional, and friendly staff. I feel perfectly comfortable in the capable hands of Dr. Casiglia and his staff. No matter which hygienist I am assigned (they are ALL awesome), I get an extremely thorough but gentle teeth cleaning. As for the office environment, Dr. Casiglia's office is meticulously clean yet warm and inviting. A great experience all around, even when trips to the dentist are anxiety-provoking.

I've been seeing Dr. Casiglia and his staff for over 10 year and I still feel so fortunate to have found them. Extremely professional and caring, you couldn't ask any more from a dental office.

Truly the best dental care I've ever gotten and with the least pain involved too! I've been going to this office for at least nine years now and every visit has been pleasant (as possible given that teeth cleaning is never going to be like getting a massage!) and efficient. Even the one time I actually had a cavity filled was remarkably pain-free. They also don't jump into diagnosing or recommending extra procedures, and don't try and pressure you into a lot of extra cosmetic dentistry, which I appreciate.

I am what you'd call a lifer when it comes to dental work. In the past, I've had to see oral surgeons, periodontists (for 4 implants!), endodontists, etc. What I appreciate about Essex St. Dental is how Dr. C. can do it all, and very well. His is a one-stop shop. Plus, the staff is excellent, very professional and kind. Hygienist Lori has given me the best cleanings of my life. If I'd gone to her years ago I might not have needed all the work I had done. Essex St. Dental performs miracles.
