Getting an implant. Extraction went very well. The staff is courteous and friendly. They do a good job managing expectations and minimizing the stress. Going in tomorrow for the implant. Not looking forward to it but trust that they will do a good job.

Totally unprofessional and rude. Left the patient without any explanation, admit that the patient was a bit fearful of the needle. No effort was made to reassure the 19 year old who needed a wisdom tooth pulled. She left the place in unbearable pain and had to find an alternative dentist. This person is being reported to the Dental association. Hopefully he will be reprimanded or charged with unprofessional conduct.

Went there to extract the old root sitting under the live tooth, which my dentist couldn't do himself. The stuff was friendly, called to remind about appointment, told me about estimated copy ahead of the time. The equipment looked a bit shabby, but Dr. Macafee was so good with it, that I was done in 15 minutes. Anesthesia was precise and to the point, didn't feel anything during extraction and my face unfroze in an hour. Overall very good experience.

I was recently referred to see Doctor Mcafee II for some dental surgery (a tooth extraction) by my dentist's office, Failla & DeFrancesco Family Dentistry, which is literally two doors down from this office. Upon arriving for the consultation, I was greeted by a very courteous, professional and friendly staff and was able to get something setup. A few days later, upon my return, the final verdict was in: I'd have to return in 5 days for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Macafee II took his time to give me all of the necessary information, was very clear and even gave me various options for the anesthesia. I selected to get the IV and arrangements were made. I left the consultation was given a set of clear instructions, waited for the appointment and came back for it with my wife who was going to serve as my designated driver. Despite my very high levels of anxiety (I don't do well with needles, blood and surgery - but then again, who does?) the staff was able to get me to relax a bit, the IV was inserted and... *blur*. I don't remember a thing and woke up about 30 minutes later with some gauze in my mouth and walked to the recovery room where I got to hang out for about 10 more minutes before being discharged. All in all, the experience was as good as it gets. I was given a bag with some extra gauze and some post-surgical instructions and a card to call if any further questions were to be had. Oh and I got to keep the damn tooth too.
