DO NOT GO HERE!!!! ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY! If I could leave no stars I would. I went here becasue I moved away from my home town and needed a local dentist. I felt like a corprate office would be less risky than a small mom & pop shop. WRONG. I hadn't gone to the dentist in a year however I don't eat candy, drink soda, etc. They told me I had 10 cavities and gingivitis. I told them that was virtually impossible but they used scare tactics to convince me if I didn't get this taken care of tomorrow there would be serious consequences. They forced me to take out another line of credit (which I already have a lot) to pay over $9,000 UPFRONT to fill all of the cavities. I did so because I was scared and naive. I went back the next day and had 3 "cavities" filled which hurt for 6 months after. I could feel them completely drilling into my perfectly good teeth. This was a traumatic experience to say the least. I went to a local dentist later that month & what do you know - I HAVE NO CAVITIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely sickening. I now am stuck paying this $9,000 for work I didn't need done because it's through a credit agency and if I don't pay my credit will be shot for life. I am thinking about starting a legal case for this. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!

Thumbs up to the staff, particularly the dental hygienist named Charlie! Charlie is extremely thoughtful, patient, and kind. He explains proper dental care to his patients in the most respectful and considerate way. Thank you all for the great dental service!

After a sleepless night because of tooth pain, I called Aspen dental at 7am and was able to get an appointment for 8am. I hadn't been to the dentist in many years from reasons spanning from lack of insurance to simple aversion. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and informative. Within an hour of my arrival, they had me prepped for a needed extraction of one of my wisdom teeth. The procedure went much smoother than I could have imagined. I am very happy with this office and will be coming here regularly!

I have been going to the waltham location for a few years. No complaints, today I went in for my routine cleaning. A new employee Charlie took care of me - Guy is a champion - made me feel at ease, explained things thoroughly to me and really went out of his way to make sure I understood all the measures I should take to maintain my oral health. He is a keeper! And usually I dread the dentist ...

I saw Charlie from the Waltham office today. He was great - very pleasant and went out of his way to answer my questions. More importantly, I didn’t feel like he rushed through my appointment whatsoever, despite the fact that it was the end of the day and all he probably wanted was to get home to his family. I appreciated that and it shouldn’t go unnoticed.
