Everyone is so nice . Jill cleaned my teeth, she is always so pleasant and professional. Also had cavities filled. Dr. Branden is always so caring and concerned. His assistant was also so helpful and informed me of everything that was being done. Great staff, beautiful office, and very accommodating ! I would highly recommend this office for your dental care.

I continue to give Lake Grove Dental a five-star rating, my relationship with them has been long and satisfying; simply put they are the best at what they do.

A month ago after a normal teeth cleaning, Branen told me that one of my gum recession needs to be filled - no clarification that he meant to drill the root of the tooth, no explanation how I should avoid further gum recession. The tooth never bothered me or caused any pain or had any stain, so I asked Branen several times before the procedure why it was necessary, he only responded with "your tooth is sensitive, you need to be numbed" and "I understand you're scared, I was on the patient side too". After the procedure, the tooth appears significantly longer, it becomes sensitive to pressure, and occasionally causes pain. I contacted the dentistry wanting to understand at what stage my gum recession was, and why a filling was necessary when fluoride varnish could be an option for early stage gum recession. After a dragging debate, they claimed that any visible dentin exposure requires immediate filling procedure, but could not explain why with such principle they didn't treat my other sensitive tooth with the same problem.

I love going to the dentist now that I go to Lake Grove Dental. I recently enrolled in dental insurance through a new employer and there was no question that between the two choices, I would choose the one that would let me continue going to Lake Grove Dental. We refer friends to this practice as well because they are incredibly friendly, honest, clean, and efficient.
