Had to wait a month as usual to be seen here, (it's a small location, limited chairs) but it was worth the wait. Especially since Sidney ended up being my stylist. She amazing, she listened to my every word and followed my directions, and guided me to good decisions with her expertise when I couldn't make up my mind. Very intuitive and best of all a perfectionist in her work, both qualities which are so in make her great in her chosen vocation. The woman’s does not quit until your 100% happy with you hair and she can tell when you’re just being nice. The Ambassadors have a gem with her and good on them for being the type of business that encourages colourist like her. She got a gift!

Mimi is AMAZING!! She has such attention to detail and always cuts my hair perfectly. I have been going there for a while now and would never trust anyone else to cut my hair. Highly recommend!

This salon is a must for curly haired folks! They know their stuff, and will teach you how to easily take care of your curls and keep them healthy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and all the staff are caring and attentive to your curly haired needs. Julie is an AMAZING stylist, who listens to her clients, gives honest advice, and genuinely wants everyone to leave feeling happy and fabulous about their hair. Can’t speak well enough about this salon. I’ll be coming back for years, I know.

I went to the Harbord St location. I asked for minimal layering and for my hair to be shorter in the back (since that part doesn't curl as well) but my stylist refused each time I asked. I have had several Deva cuts at other salons without this problem. I have given myself a few weeks to adjust to the new cut, but now I know I'll need to have it fixed somewhere else.

Even though I had to wait almost 1 month to book my appointment, the whole experience was superb. The website interaction was great, the the phone follow up and when I arrived to the salon service was great as well. I liked that we started exactly at the time my appointment was scheduled. Julie as my stylist and she was patient and helpful all along. Great hairstyle. Will come back!
