Came to Toronto for a medical appt. Needing a pick me up. Saw this spa on our walk. Walked in and got a spot right after lunch. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean spa. Felt so comfortable and she did an amazing job. All staff catered to us like we were Queens. Price was perfect. 100% recommend this place.

I did my hair colour cut from Martha here. And she did really bad job. I showed her the colour I wanted but she just did my hair black no change in colour than my original hair. Also the hair cut not sure what she did. My hair from back looks like it’s being cut by unprofessional at home. Very disappointed with the service. If you pay so much for your hair you expect same in return. Please train your staff before assigning them to customers.

Let me start with, I don't usually write reviews... ever. But, I'll write one because Aki is incredible. She is the only stylist I have come across that understands hair and can cut a perfect bob (and I have been to A LOT of places). I haven't known her for very long but, in the time that I have known her, I can say that she is extremely genuine and talented. Aki went out of her way to ensure I was happy with my hair. I am SO glad that I took a chance and walked in on a whim the first time because now I won't be letting anyone else touch my hair. :)

Got shellac nails done today and the nail technician (sorry I can’t remember her name) was really good. She took her time with me and was careful around my cuticles. The colour looks great and my nails look good. Only one thing is one of my nails looks like it needs redone (only a small bit) as I must have taken a bit off after I left when packing my suitcase! It’s not too noticeable so it’s fine. Thank you again!

I live out of the city...like way out(Lake Huron) and travel back to the city to see Ruth!! Gotta Love her. She works miracles on my hair!!
