Been seeing Kelly for a number of years and highly recommend her! Salon is clean and well appointed. Pricey for a simple trim, but I suppose you get what you pay for?

Been going to Privé for over three years and can't say enough great things. I've been to almost every one of the stylists and they are all lovely people who are fantastic at what they do. Angie is my regular stylist and she has made my hair healthier and look better than ever. So lucky to have this gem in the Junction.

Salon in Junction too crowded...the prices are way too high. For a simple trim, $81 price. The hair wash took longer when a cut...first time at the salon and dissappointed. Would not recommend.

I have a pleasure to put my hair in trust to Jherome. He is a wonderful stylist who are very knowledgeable with colour and cut. I personally don't colour my hair anymore but the last time I did, Jherome was the one who turned a horrible colour job from another stylist (which was paid for, not free) to a wonderful ombre I wanted initially for me within 1 session. He saved me and my hair from keep wearing hat for months and I will keep returning for him for hair care service. Thank you Jherome for your excellent service. PS: They are very attentive to their clients. They offer you water and seat as soon as you step in the door, very friendly and very professional. I am not sure the individual professional level of each stylist but I can tell you Jherome at Prive is the reason I kept coming back.

Omg the same thing happened to me they burnt my forehead.... they told me that this has never happened before!!??? So I'm really upset to read this actually!!! And they charged me 280$ my Husband was blowing smoke when I returned home and is still threatening to sue!!!! I'm only going back so I can get a blowdry I had planned to get my hair done for my bday and after that and the crazy costs ... not going to happen. I'm still in shock I'm reading they burnt someone else :( It can't be a standard to refund a client ...when you shouldn't have charged me to begin with!!! I was there for 3hours that was more the sufficient time to let Rachel know she should not be charging me.... and you only refunded me because my husband called you!!!! I've since tried to book 2x for my so called free blow dry yet Rachel is a very busy stylist and it seems pur schedules do not agree :( and so with the 30days to come get a blow dry come and going in a day or 2!!! Refunding my money ....in which I should have NEVER been charged to begin with is the least you can do Since you didn't do the right thing to begin with a charged me!!!!! The other note with regards to taking immediate attention.... this is also not true!!!! Rachel kept saying it was fine!!! And only after over 30mins later when I could no longer take it and needed a cold compress....did you say ... what happened and go look in the emergency kit for something... you didn't have anything so Rachel then had to go run out to the store to get some polisporin. The comments below stating her friend was burnt and you guys disregarded her is very clear that it was not isolated and that clearly someone or a few of the prive staff was aware of her discomfort. I have found another BURNT CUSTOMER review from last year at your salon .... that could not have been isolated also since it was a Year ago now. I did love the colour and my hair cut... but please I don't like to be made out to feel That I do not warrant a bad review or that I complained... I sat there without saying a word the entire time!!!! Continuing in conversation so not to make the appt feel more stressed and uncomfortable... anyone else would have freaked out as Rachel said had it been her she would have and couldn't believe I was so calm about it...... but really I would have just rather heard a Real apology and not the other un-True comments.... that you indicated below :( better to own up to what really happened and not to sugar coat it!!!! Only to Create a uncomfortable situation if I were to return to your salon..no one likes to feel uncomfortable and it sounds like you want to blame me for the bad review...when you did the wrong thing from the beginning......... a follow up call to ask when can u fit me in for my blow dry etc. .The Ônus is on you to make it right not me chasing Rachel for an appt......... . nothing .... I'll have to post my pics to see what others think.
