Lisa is AWESOME! I made a last minute appointment and was quite stressed going into it as I knew I would be chopping off a lot of hair. Lisa not only did a fabulous job cutting my hair, she made me feel good about myself while doing it. I will 1000% be going back. :)

Favorite location! My go to for color, cut, and style. Ask for Christine as she is very knowledgeable about color and the latest trends. Also, best brow wax ever, extremely detailed for the perfect look!

Horrible experience. I was waiting for 2 hours and never got called. I went up to one of the employees who checked for my name on the waiting list and said that it had deleted. She didn’t apologize for the inconvenience and proceeded to take customers who had got there after me. I ended up just walking out and plan on not going back.

I used to love this place. Somehow they are always understaffed/have new staff. Twice was turned away for a basic color/root job. I thought the beauty of this business was flexibility for walk-ins, that’s not the case anymore. Very disappointed. My hair needs are low maintenance and I don’t want to go to a high end salon but I may have to. If you want to go to this location, make an appointment in advance apparently walk ins are a thing of the past. I’m sure they do a good enough job I’m just super bummed out by the lack of flexibility here.

Loved my experience here! My hair dresser was very helpful and I'll gladly return. Love my hair cut. There was a very short wait!
