So far, I've had a very good experience with Newtech Dental Lab. I've worked personally with Allison and Stacy, both of whom were exceptional and went above and beyond to help me with a complicated case. Allison came to my office at 7 am for a large case, although I'm sure she probably had to make special arrangements to come in that early. Stacy offered for me to call her if I have any questions on a case where I am seeing the patient on a Saturday. She also gave me a detailed tour of the lab and I was very impressed by both her knowledge and the lab. I've toured other labs and this one was definitely on a different level. Clean, organized and friendly staff. Thanks for a great experience Newtech!

I have a few issues regarding work that was done by Newtech Dental Labs. While Rubin was "nice", I do not feel confident in the work he did for me. I am going to try and set-up a meeting to review my case. I will gladly change my post if a manager and/or Rubin is able to provide some feedback to me that gives me the answers I am looking for.

I normally never give bad reviews but this company really does not manage their clients very well when it comes to issues. I had a few rude staff members that show no caring or understanding of their clients situations. Very disappointed in the attitude and behavior. I will be leaving this lab once a few cases are finished, and never referring, recommending or sending them cases again.
