Dr Sabans wife /receptionist doesn’t put the claim thru insurance so you are asked to pay the full amount prior to leaving the office. Make sure you get the claim in your hand/ with procedure codes and call your insurance to make sure it was filed. Ask how much you owe. Sneaky.. They cut out the middle man and make you pay insurance portions too. I called ins and found out the claim was not put thru. I confronted them and they deny it. Well why was i not given the correct amount to pay?

Very professional. Excellent work with reasonable fees. My wife and I will continue to use and recommend his services. Iris and Stephanie are great as well.

Dr. Saban and his staff are very professional. I have been going to his office for many years. He makes you feel very comfortable. I started my Invisalign treatment a year ago and I'm extremely happy with the results I'm seeing. Thank you Dr. Saban and staff!

I was a new patient and was there only for a routine cleaning. Dr. Saban told me he thought I should get a deep cleaning which cost about $185 (insurance did not cover). My cleanings should be free with no charge. I told him I just wanted a regular cleaning. He told the girl to do a regular cleaning. She proceeded to polish my teeth, obviously with little skill at doing this as it was painful. She then told me I was done. No scaling or anything else, just polishing. She said that I had asked for a regular cleaning and only the hygienist does the scaling. When asked if she was the hygienist she said no, that the hygienist had left for the day. Dr. Saban said this was what a regular cleaning was and that is why he recommended a deep cleaning (which apparantly in his office is a normal cleaning that you can get free in any dentists office which is covered by insurance). Then he told me I should be happy as he had waived the $18 fee that he apparantly charges every patient each time they come for "sterilizing" his rooms and equipment. I would not recommend this dentist and will not be going back there. I have been going twice a year to dentists for my whole life and have never had an experience like this.
