AWFULL EXPERENCE! I called to make an appointment for 6/19/17 and I asked if there would be any monies I would owe as co-payments with my Aetna Health/Delta Dental Plan. I was told that there shouldn't be. I arrived at my appointment and spoke with Francesca and was told the same thing. I finished with my appointment and was told that I owed $117.00. No one even bothered to call and verify my plan co-payments. I was told by Francesca that she would call my carrier again regarding the balance due and get back with me. I sent her an email and she said the carrier couldn't do anything about it. I emailed her a reply that I would like to speak with the manager and she replied she was the manager of the office. I emailed back asking for her supervisor or GM and she would never give me the information. On 6/30/17, I sent an email and hard copy letter to the Complaint Department at Corporate and I have yet to receive a response back regarding the balance due. Actually, I received another bill in the mail for $117.00. I think this place is very unprofessional. All other Doctor Offices I have gone through would call and verify coverages before even guessing. Choose another Dental Office with better customer service! Larry/Fort Lauderdale
