I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have found this practice. I followed Dr. Flath from his previous practice and have enjoyed my experience, even more, as a patient of his private practice. Dr. Flath is patient, approachable, courteous, and respectful. He genuinely wants the best for his patients, and considers patient input when developing his care plans. It's clear that his first priority is his patients - this is reinforced by the way in which his staff interacts with me. I have had several questions about my appointments and ongoing care plan and have called his office for advice on too many occasions to count. Each time, his staff has been respectful and courteous; they are warm and inviting, and they won't allow me to apologize or feel badly for asking questions. Dr. Flath and his team care for me as I imagine they would any of their family members, and that is hard to find when it comes to dental care. I would follow Dr. Flath and his team wherever they may go - so grateful to have found such a competent and friendly practice!

I had a terrible experience with this place. I got several cavities filled. The first time I went for a cleaning I was told everything was okay and I didn't owe anything day of. Turned around and got a bill for $91 because it was "deep cleaning" and my insurance didn't cover that. Okay, I thought that was weird, but decided to pay it and have the work they suggested done. Before making the appointment to have them done, I asked them to verify the amount with my insurance company that I would pay out of pocket, and they gave me the amount and I booked the appointment. When going in, I paid the amount the quoted in full. I received a bill for about $190 in the mail. I told them I would not be paying it. They sold it to a collection company with extremely aggressive techniques that is threatening me with mediation (I know they have no leg to stand on). Do not go here!

I have had a great experience each time I visited Dr. Flath's office. The office staff were all nice. I was put in the dentist chair on time, offered my choice of music, and the best part was that Dr. Flath was extremely gentle (no pain). I highly recommend him.

I love this dentist. I have had extensive bridge work done by Dr. Flath and it was actually a pleasant experience. The office staff is extremely professional and friendly, and Dr. Flath is a warm and caring person.
