My CAA driver Danny was phenomenal in his customer service and personable skills. He was attentive and ensured my safety whilst loading my car up on the tow truck from the side of the highway. He continued with open communication during the ordeal and was fluid in making sure I was comfortable and if I had a plan in place. I enjoyed the discussion and the compassionate demeanour. Thank you for a great service! All the best.

Swapping my insurance over from an undesirable carrier and I had a pleasant time at this location. While I was there I also purchased a CAA membership. Great service and friendly peeps!!!

Yesterday I had a problem with my tire out in Cambridge / Woodstock area so I called CAA because I have a yearly membership with them. The representative was very rude and she refused to assist me at first until I made it clear I will make it public that I paid for 3 tows and only got 2 and CAA refuse to give me my 3rd tow. She made a note for the drivers that I got into a conflict with her so in other words she's telling them to take their time. I was out on the shoulder of the 401 in the worst weather imaginable for 7 hours waiting on CAA to assist me. The OPP sent me someone within a half an hour. So lets say my vehicle is running out of gas and I am depending on the next exit to fill gas I would have frozen in the 7 hours waiting for CAA. I will not be renewing my membership with them. Everyone speaks highly of Canadian Tire roadside assistance I think I will go with them.
