01/04/18 - 1250am. Sitting on our bus. Scheduled as the last bus to arrive @Niagara for 11pm, travelling to Toronto for 1250am. Bus arrives at 1230am... Subway will most likely now be closed by the time we get to Toronto. Don't know how we're getting home from there. Bus driver said it was due to weather and border patrol. At the station, We were asked to leave the seated area inside to stand between the two entrance doors because the janitor was about to mop the area.... The janitor did not begin to mop the area until about 20-25 minutes after we were asked to leave our seats and stand in the small entrance. When registering for our tickets - prior to any of this - we had to call customer service at least 3-4 times because we were not receiving the email verification. 2 hours later, after speaking with multiple associates (one which hung up on us, and the other two who told us they couldn't help us), and then the manager... We were finally able to retrieve and print out our tickets. We opted for the greyhound over the go transit to save time. But ended up wasting much more through it. Never taking greyhound again. Opt for GO. Or rent a car.

The bus was overbooked but apart from that the service is fantastic. They even have an in-bus washroom for emergency purposes. We travelled from Toronto to Niagara in the bus and the journey was a breeze. Picked us up on time and dropped us off on time.

Place gets a bit crampy during the winter due to the cold weather, overall it's decent, has washrooms, seating, vending machines, water station. They manually announce the buses arrival. There are no notice boards which tell which buses arrive or depart. They service Greyhound, Coach canada, Megabus, Go buses. Has some Inns across the street. My Greyhound experience was not so great from Buffalo to Niagara but the driver from Niagara to Toronto turned my experience a bit around. She ended up being very accommodating in the end... i guess you get what you pay for right $27 cannot expect first class service.. but BUYERS BEWARE, Greyhound oversells tickets and makes you wait for other buses if the bus gets full, which is not cool.

I booked the trip for my sister and she had the worst experience a person could imagine. They didn't even tell you that the bus is late and when you call the customer care they are like we also don't know where is the bus. I was at Niagara waiting for the bus at 10.25p. For the buffalo airport and the bus came at 11.30 pm. The station got closed at 10.30 pm and the snow storm was going on. Really pathetic service. Guys plz don't use the Greyhound bus service.
