I was beyond impressed with everything and everyone in the office. Reception was amazing on my way out. hygienists were happy and informative during our appointment and treated my 4-year-old amazingly. She was given a colouring book during the end because I wasn't quite finished. Dr Pong was prompt, nice, gentle and informative. We will be back in 6 months !

I was a newcomer, with a new dental coverage earned at work. Dr. Pong performed the same root canal for a whole year, at the end assuring me that the permanent fill was in place. Next year, unfortunately all my second shift at work has to be laid off, and I was having no more dental coverage. I was called by dentist's office, insisting to come for a routine check. I explained that I am not able to afford that anymore. After two years, I had to go to U of T Faculty of Dentistry: my root canal fill was not permanent, my jaw was having gangrene, abscessed all teeth, and I had 9 extractions in the same day. I'd been this "intellectual's" patient in 2008.
