Painless I like, customer service not so much. Edit: I still come here and so does my family. Only one negative experience here so 4 stars. But they are getting much better and I will recommend them.

By far the best Dentist office I have been to. The entire staff is friendly and skilled. The dentists are very gentle and compassionate. They really care about their patients. Highly recommend!

No. 1: a 10:30 appointment is a 10:30 appointment. Not 10:50, not 11:05, not 11:14. Five, ten minutes I can understand. More than that, and you have issues! No. 2: listening skills with your hygienist has room for improvement. I was new to Milton at the time and told the hygienist nervously that I hadn't changed dentist in 30 years. Lo and behold out comes the female dentist wearing a mask, eye protection, gloves, everything short of a hazmat suit...asking me why I haven't seen a dentist in 30 years! Hmmm...okay. No. 3: bad enough that our appointments have to be late but there's always someone coming in off the street and walking straight back to see a dentist. At first I thought they were employees - didn't even check in with reception. Nope, they weren't employees, they were friends or family...goombas, paesanos, compari - being snuck in for a quick visit...at the expense of other clients' time. Namely, mine! And there they were as you walked down the hallway laying back in the chair with their legs elevated. I complained about this to my wife and she also noticed this happening during her (late) appointments! No. 4: customer service are friendly and professional enough but they're so swamped you can stand at that counter for 5 or 10 minutes before anyone has time to even talk to you as they're responding to customer telephone inquiries. I should have just called the clinic at the counter from my cell phone? Overall, a good dentist to frequent if you want to feel like a second class citizen or for the unemployed or for those with loads of free time on their hands...as it will be well needed at this place. "Why don't you dance with me? I'm not no limburger!"

I think this clinic is awesome, My husband and I love Dr. Kulvinder Hans he is wonderful and laughs at my constant worrying about my teeth. The front end is always fantastic, they remember my husband and I and always do everything they can to accommodate us. My husband for the longest time never went for bi-yearly cleanings, never wanted to go to a dental clinic and would suffer and not look after his teeth, I worked on him very hard to start looking after his teeth he only gets one set (well real ones anyways). Now thanks to the front end staff, Dr. Kulvinder Hans, and of course his dental hygenist Lauren my husband has a nice dental routine and is happy to go and comes home talking about how awesome all the girls are! All in all defiantly reccomend this clinic :)

I am a big fan of Dr. Disha and Dr. Hans. I had range of different procedures done by them over the years from simple fillings through the veneers to the implants. Never met another dentist being as delicate at work as that couple! Diplomatic, kind, reasonable and knowledgeable. My whole family goes there ... even my ex - husband:) I am only ashamed of myself that I have never thought to write that review much sooner!
