Ford Village Dentistry is an amazing dental practice. I recently started coming to this office and I am provided with phenomenal service every time. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted by multiple staff members and addressed by name. Everyone really cares to pronounce my name correctly and connect on a personal level, which speaks volumes about their customer service. Dr. Gordon Weir is professional, personable and very knowledgeable about various treatment options. He makes sure to keep you informed throughout the procedure, so you know exactly what to expect. Appointments are on time, very thorough and never rushed. The Front Desk Coordinators are super friendly and make booking appointments, rescheduling and billing easy and quick. In addition, the office is very welcoming, beautifully decorated and has state of the art equipment. Thanks Dr. Gordon Weir and Team for everything you do!! :)

I have been a patient at Campbellford Dental Centre for many years now and find the receptionist, Janice, the most personable, friendly and compassionate receptionist you can find anywhere. She always smiles and greets me when I entre the office, putting me at ease with my pre-appointment anxiety. Don't know what the office would do without her. A wonderful asset for sure!!

I highly recommend this office! I have been in need of new crowns and some Invisalign for about 15 years... but due to traumatic childhood experiences was too afraid of having such extensive dental work done. I was also afraid the end result would not look good. Last March I went to Ford Village for the first time after reading reviews about how they specialize in "chicken" patients. I contacted them and they were very welcoming. The office is beautiful, clean with all the high tech stuff. Dr. Gordon Weir is very skilled and managed to work a miracle between the straightening and 4 crowns. Steve at their dental lab was lovely man and made crowns that were a work of art. When Dr. Weir showed me the first picture on the screen I couldn’t believe how good my teeth looked. He truly performed a miracle for me! The hygienists, dental assistants and administrative support staff at Ford Village Dentistry are all outstanding people - professional, personable caring beautiful women who shared their own dental and Invisalign stories with me and I never felt alone. Dr. Weir was on the phone with me several times providing reassurance when I was experiencing anxiety. A special thanks to Marsha who is awesome and helped calm me during the last few appointments. Now I have a beautiful smile!!! I thank all of them for their expertise and for all their tremendous support.

My entire family uses this dental office and we all feel the same about the excellent quality of dental service. This is a father and son enterprise and you feel that they have invested a lot of capital and time and energy developing this family practice. In addition to the modern facility the staff seem to reflect the dentists values and are superbly trained to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The waiting room is always filled with people of all ages. You definitely feel that you are living in a small village and glad that this practice is part of your community.

Not sure if anyone else has same problem as me... but i paid $800 for 2 fillings. I had pain the next day & then i returned a couple weeks later to see Jr, & he said my teeth were too close together & i needed to wait it out so i waited it out in pain cant chew on the same tooth so i went back again & he put a wood shim inbetween the tooth to spread it out & still nothing & found out months later i have a hole in my tooth & I believe its because he grinded the tooth down too much & now they are requesting me to get a $1500 crown put in after i already spent big money on that same tooth. I also requested for my xrays that i paid for to see what was going on i asked two times they wouldnt give them to me first two times i asked. Just wondering if theres anyone else with this same issue. So here we are almost 2 years later & i still cant chew on that side of my mouth im hoping that what he says is right & the teeth are too close together......
