If you want quality service and an excellent team to help you, Sun City Dental is the place to go. With there excellent attitude toward any of there patients that walk through there door, they don't treat you like customers, they treat you like there own family members. I struggled to find out to find the best options for my dental care, and they genuinely took the time to break down each step and make me feel comfortable in putting my full 110% trust in them . Dr. Illahi takes the time and effort to make sure her patients are satisfied by the end of each visit. Love the team and would 100% recommend going to there!!!

Best place in Toronto , best doctor and friendly staff , found there clinics always super clean , I was not sure if I can afford the procedure they offered me financing throw health smart for 12 months without any interest which allowed me get my treatment right away. I’m glad I visited the office and special thanks to Simon who Walked me throw all that . Thanks suncity dental.

Attended this dental office because of the positive reviews. However, this dental office left me with a negative experience. - The dentist herself looks irritated when I spoke with her regarding my teeth. But at least she answered my 4 questions. - The worst part of this dental office comes from the management of this office. My insurance company accidentally reimbursed the dental office instead of me. I called the dental office and they transferred me to a manager. When I told him the situation, he started blaming my insurance company calling them stupid, and stating they were dumb for messing something up that's so simple. He continued to rant for two minutes about how the insurance companies are very stupid and how they always do this to their dental office all the time. Unprofessional phone mannerism. He then stated he would provide me with a cheque to reimburse me for what I paid. He said he'd call me by the end of the week, obtained my phone number, and stated he promises to call me back. - ONE MONTH LATER, no call back from this manager. I call the dental office and speak with him. I tell him that I've been waiting for the cheque and received no call back from him, he says, "Oh yes I remember you, you called me two days ago about your cheque, we already mailed it to you 2 weeks ago you should have it!" I tell him, "No, you told me that you'd call me and let me know to pick it up at your office once you have it ready. He says, "No we spoke two days ago and I told you that we mailed it to you, you should have it." I said, "If you remember me, could you tell me what my name is and the address that you mailed it to?" He was speechless because I never even told him who I was in the phone call to begin with. I then explained to him that he promised to call me back last month but never did. He then says that he will find out what happened to my cheque and call me back in two days. I told him that I don't want to play games, if he continues to make false promises like this it is a waste of both his time and my time. Eventually got my cheque two weeks after speaking with him on the phone. I really shouldn't have to wait a month and a half to receive money that is owed to me. Especially when I'm being lied to by the manager at this dental office. NOT COMING BACK HERE ANYMORE.
