Nice atmosphere. Poor service making sure I get my night guard and leaving me a voicemail when I don't get to my phone. Since I first went there every time I go for my appointment I get told We're waiting for the approval. Yet they know I need the night guard & don't consider a substitute or something. For those reasons I'm giving a 3 out of 5 star rating and recommend people go to a dentist that will make sure patients receive what they've been waiting for which they need like braces or something rather than going through a forever wait & wonder if they'll ever get what they're waiting for.

Excellent customer service and treatment. From the moment you walk into the office you are treated with respect and dignity. The office is very clean. The dentists are top notch. They are very good with children as well. Highest recommendation.

They were fine years ago. I've been having problems with them since November 2017. I went it for a cleaning and I explained myself to the hygienist that a certain teeth was hurting. I didn't like the dentist there and she recommend dr. Hamed worst mistake of my life. He filled 2 teeth that were not hurting me and end up damaging a nerve so it hurts when I bite on it. When i went back i explained to him what i wanted him to do and he didn't do it he touched 2 teeth that i didn't want to fill and he put something on my teeth and charged me again. When I called to see him again everytime u had an appointment with him he was sick or took a day off. I showed up there and dr Sanjay was willing to try to fix it. I explained to him what I wanted but they never take acknowledgment of the fault that Dr. Hamed did he drilled the filling to deep. He put a temporary medicated filling, but the teeth still hurts. He told me I need to do a root canal and I feel they damage my teeth they should be fixing it but they are not without paying. Now they dont want to deal with me so they are trying to refer me to a specialist. I understand that they over bill the insurance so you dont have to pay for the the deductible but you need great service not scammers. When I asked for my file I got the ring around for it. The dr and the reception Kunch were talking in their language and I still haven't gotten my file i was told to come back. Secondly my daughter needed braces. I paid $4500 for the braces. I am having problems with her braces too. The glue for the the retainer keeps braking off and I took her to get it filled. When I went for the temporary filing I say I got credited funds when I asked Kunch what thay charge was for she said it was for an x ray ( which was a lie) I found out they charge for pain and infection when they charge me mom's benefits and it was denied and we got a letter so when I look into this I called Kunch and told her she charging my mom's benefit and she was denying it I took the claim in and my claim also and I said to her 9 already paid for the braces what is that she said I brought my daughter to much times there are charges now after the retainer they are no responsible for anything else I have to pay. If dr Karan would do her job properly I wouldn't have to keep bring my daughter because the lie comes out. What came out of this was got braces you need to go to a specialist not a dentist they are not liable for their mistakes.

Good atmosphere, got my wisdom teeth removed from here. Don’t listen to Andy King, he negative reviews every business according to his other reviews. They offer payment plans here, a bit pricy but good quality dental work.

Dr.Mathur has been my dentist for me and my family for years. He's incredible, I couldn't recommend him enough.
