I have been going to Dr. Carrie's clinic for almost 5 years now and I am more than happy with her work. Dr. Carrie is a perfectionist, which I think is such an important trait for a dentist. I am usually a very sceptical patient, but Dr. Carrie is always very transparent with what she does, and she really takes the time to explain everything and to answer all and any questions I have (and I have had a lot :). She and her staff are always very friendly, professional, and make you feel relaxed and in good hands. Since I started going there, my teeth have been really good - partly because of her work, and partly because she is great at motivating you to take good care of your teeth. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a dentist they can trust and whose work is of the highest quality.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Hui for the past 2 years. She is the only dentist that I have found to be so patient and thorough when examining our teeth and with answering any questions that we may have. In addition to that her staff is quite friendly from her secretary Amanda, to her assistant that always makes it his duty to show us how to properly brush our teeth. The office itself has such a warm and cozy ambiance, that you always feel welcomed coming in, whereas most dentist offices I find to be cold and distant, they hardly even know who you are. Another plus side to going to Your Neighbourhood Dentist is the location, its easy to travel their from walking, public transportation, or even driving since there are parking spots available conveniently in the back. Switching to Dr. Hui was the best decision we ever made!

Friendly staff, very helpful and professional receptionist. I used to be afraid of visiting dentist and would try my best to avoid if I could, but Dr Carrie and her staff have made the experience much more relaxing and easy for those who are like me, who has fear of visiting dentist. Dr Carrie spends her time to explain preventive care and I really enjoyed the paraffin wax hand treatment while having my teeth cleaned! It really feels like visiting a spa than having a dental appointment. One other thing have made visitors relax and comfortable is their office provides warm and soft slippers, so that you can keep your wet boots outside and totally, you just feel like home!

I have been going to Dr. Carrie for 4 years now, and it is the best dental office I've been to. She and her staff are extremely friendly, and they always make me feel welcome. They explain to you what they are doing at every step, which I appreciate. The dental exams, cleaning and fillings have all been top notch, and my mother was a dental hygienist, so I have some high standards. Highest recommendations.

I found Your Neighbourhood Dentist through my girlfriend. I am typically not a fan of dentists, but Dr. Carrie and her staff went above and beyond to make my visits as pleasant as can be. My previous dentist had a lot of old equipment and didn't provide me with proper chair side manner. I was happy to have found a dentist who is communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and up to date with the latest technology in her office equipment. I'm definitely looking forward to the hand paraffin wax treatment and neck roll at my next cleaning and check up. Thank you everyone at Dr. Carrie's office!
